Bullittsville Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)  has served the Bullittsville, Hebron, and Burlington area since 1879.  During these years, God has blessed so many through this family of faith. Today, we are an active congregation seeking to live faithfully as followers of Jesus as we reach out to those in need. We study together and grow through small groups for women, men, children and youth. We worship each week as we gather around Christ's table and celebrate the Lord's Supper. We recognize each individual as a child of God. We acknowledge personal responsibility to read and discern God's Word and will.
These are difficult days in our world. There are many who are hurting, searching and needing. Many feel disconnected from others and from a life with meaning. When we are open to connect with God through a relationship with Jesus Christ, we can learn to live lives of purpose as ones who are loved and forgiven. We invite you to connect at Bullittsville Christian Church as we grow together to be more like the ones God creates us to be.

Each person is a child of God--a unique and valued creation!  God loves  you more than you can imagine and there is nothing you can do to change that. Through Jesus Christ God shows us this love.  Through a relationship with God through Jesus,  we can come to know wholeness and freedom as ones who are forgiven.

Relationships are important in life! Life is more meaningful when shared with others. When we become a part of a church we become a part of a family of faith. In this faith family we share laughter and joys as well as concerns and sorrows. We know we do not face life alone, but we do so with the assurance of the presence of God shown to us through the care and love  of family and friends.

It is easy to go through life moving from one day to the next without really paying attention. We can live our whole lives without connecting to something with meaning and purpose.  Life is to be lived with intention.  Our lives are to be life-giving to others.  Being a part of a church helps us to connect to our true self and to God's purposes for life.
